We hired Dirland Construction to renovate our office. Prior to hiring them on, we established a colour palette in accordance with our branding requirements. The team seamlessly incorporated these colours through their intricate design and craftsmanship, completely transforming the space. We have been working with Dirland Homes for two decades and they continue to provide excellent results.
In February 2011, we purchased a unit to open a family-run restaurant. We hired Dirland Construction to execute on our vision of what we wanted this space to be. Through a series of meetings and floor plans, they were able to accommodate all of our requests and build us a functional casual dining space that is both welcoming and modern. Seven years later, we continue to get such amazing feedback on the aesthetic and layout of our restaurant.
We lived in our home in the Bayview Village area for over 20 years. We loved this location so much that instead of moving, we decided to tear our house down and build our dream home. With Dirland Homes, they walked us through the architectural planning and permit process, as well as the interior and exterior design phases. They oversaw and managed the entire project diligently, were onsite every day and were easy to work it and more importantly, were transparent and kept us informed at all times.
